This is a long-selling filter that features continuous filtration, washing, and dewatering of difficult-to-process materials with clogging, and is more cost-effective than belt filters, easier to maintain, and requires less installation space, making it widely used in various fields. 【Features】 1. Scraper Discharge Type This method uses backflow to lift the cake off the filter medium, which is then scraped off with a scraper. It is the most common method and is suitable for cakes made of non-sticky substances. 2. Roller Discharge Type This method presses a roller against the cake and scrapes off the wrapped cake with a scraper. It is suitable for sticky cakes that are difficult to detach with backflow. 3. Precoat Cut Type This method scrapes the cake off with a scraper under vacuum without backflow. Each time, the cake formed on top of the remaining cake (precoat layer) is scraped off. The precoat layer clogs over time, so it is intermittently peeled off and renewed. Since it is scraped under vacuum, there is no backflow of filtrate due to backflow, and the moisture content of the cake is reduced by 2-4%. It is applicable to materials with a relatively good filtration property and uniform particle size.

High-performance U-Clean Drum Filter that exceeds conventional drum filter norms 1. Why do conventional drum filters require secondary treatment systems due to clogging at 20μ precision filtration? Filtration filters must discharge the sludge they have filtered out as quickly and reliably as possible; otherwise, the concentration of sludge in the liquid increases, and backwashing with dirty liquid results in sludge being sprayed onto the filter mesh, ultimately causing clogging. Conventional drum filters use a method where the filtered sludge is scraped out from the liquid in the dirty conveyor tank with a conveyor scraper, making it nearly impossible to discharge fine sludge below 50μ outside, thus necessitating a secondary treatment system. 2. The U-Clean filter features a chip discharge conveyor inside the drum that uses an upward scraping (rotating with the hinge) mechanism, allowing coarse chips to pass through the drum while chips that pass through the φ3mm perforations at the drum entrance are introduced into the drum. The sludge filtered within the drum is naturally dropped onto the upper scraping plate of the chip discharge conveyor (in the air) due to rotation and micro-pressure backwashing (0.08–0.5Mpa). By quickly discharging the fine sludge that it has filtered itself, precise filtration is achieved.
